If you tick the optional box on a form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from Leasing To Buy Nationwide about lease-to-own homes as they become available.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase, lease or service. You can join the list, see homes and speak to us without ever ticking it.

What we send

• New lease-to-own homes matching what you told us you are looking for
• Replies about a specific enquiry you made
• Occasional updates about the programme

How often

Message frequency varies. It depends on how many homes come in that match what you asked for, which is typically a handful a month rather than a daily stream.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your carrier may.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call 281-609-7511.

Opting out of texts does not remove you from the list entirely — if you want that too, say so and we will do both.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your handset.

Your privacy

How we handle what you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy, including the specific commitment that mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Fair housing

We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected under state or local law.
