Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026.
This policy explains what Leasing To Buy Nationwide collects when you use this website, why, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be technically survivable, and if anything here is unclear you are welcome to call and ask.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form, that is some combination of:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The area, ZIP code, number of bedrooms and monthly budget you are looking for
- A property address, if you are enquiring about selling a house
- Anything you write in the notes field
- Whether you ticked the optional marketing-SMS box, and the version of the consent wording you were shown
- Which page and which form the submission came from, and when
We do not run a credit check because you filled in a form, and nothing you submit here touches your credit file.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the request you made
- To work out whether a home we have matches what you are looking for
- To make you an offer, if you asked us to look at a property
- To send you new lease-to-own homes as they become available, if you asked us to
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not pass your details to other investors, lead brokers or "we buy houses" lists. You will not start receiving calls from companies you have never heard of because you filled in a form on this site.
This matters more than usual in this industry. Enquiring about lease-to-own implies something about your financial circumstances, and that inference is exactly what a lead broker would monetise. We do not.
Text messages and mobile data
If you tick the optional box on a form, you consent to receive text messages from Leasing To Buy Nationwide about available homes. It is optional, it is never pre-ticked, and it is not a condition of anything. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Submitting a form without ticking that box still lets us contact you about the specific request you made — that is a different thing, and it is what the note under the submit button describes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make this site work, and only so far as they need to:
- Our hosting provider, which serves the pages and processes form submissions
- The customer relationship system we use to keep track of enquiries
- Our email provider, when a submission is passed on to us by email
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to
If you go on to a lease-option agreement, information will also be shared with the title company or attorney handling it. That is part of the transaction and you will know who they are.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If that changes — for example if advertising is added later — this policy will be updated before it does, and the content security policy on this site would have to be changed to allow it, which is not something that happens by accident.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working with you, and for a period afterwards for our records. If you want your information removed, ask us and we will remove it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you
- Ask us to correct it
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP
There is no retention script and nobody will try to talk you out of it. Call 281-609-7511 and ask.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Fair housing
We do business in accordance with the Federal Fair Housing Law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected under state or local law.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, the date at the top changes with it.
Questions about any of this
Call 281-609-7511. This site does not publish an email address; if you would prefer to write, ask on the phone and we will give you one.
